Day 1: Hue City.

You discover Hue on a boat trip on the Perfume River to the Lady Celestial Pagoda, whose octagonal tower is recognizable from afar. You then go to the Imperial Citadel built from 1805 on the model of the Forbidden City of Beijing, and visit the mausoleums of Emperors Minh Mang and Khai Dinh. You also go through a factory of conical hats and incense sticks. Finally, you will stroll and mingle with the people of Dong Ba market, the most lively and most picturesque in the city.

Day 2: Sea Cloud Pass Day

You go towards the Col des Nuages, famous for its exceptional point of view. Next stop: Da Nang to visit the museum housing the most beautiful collection of Cham sculptures in the world. Then you head to Hoi An where you explore the historic center, the Phuoc Kien Communal House and the Japanese Covered Bridge, built in 1593 to connect the Chinese and Japanese communities. You are also interested in local craftsmanship by observing silk weaving and making lanterns.

Day 3: My Son, religious capital

You join My Son, former religious capital of Chams which, even damaged, remains a major testimony of this civilization of Indian influence lost forever. After this visit, you fly to Ho Chi Minh, the economic capital of Vietnam, formerly Saigon. Welcome at your arrival by your local guide and transfer by private car to your hotel.

Day 4: Walk in the Mekong Delta

You go to My Tho, 72 km south of Ho Chi Minh, gateway to the vast network of thousands of channels that characterizes the Mekong Delta. The yellow color of the water is due to the soil that fertilizes the fields and the rich fruit gardens of the delta all year round.
Transfer by boat to an island to enjoy the seasonal fruits that are harvested in the orchards. You attend a folk music show and go for a carriage ride on the island. You also take a ride aboard small boats in the middle of a palm forest. For lunch, enjoy a specialty of the region: elephant ear fish. You continue to Can Tho.

Day 5: Cai Rang Floating Market

You embark for the visit of the floating market of Cai Rang in sampan, traditional boat of the area. This market alone illustrates the richness and intensity of Mekong life: an explosion of colors and a guaranteed atmosphere in this high-rise fruit and vegetable business. Return to Ho Chi Minh where you enjoy a dinner cruise on the Saigon River with musical atmosphere.

Day 6: Last day in Ho Chi Minh

Take advantage of this last day to discover Ho Chi Minh by visiting the Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Central Post Office, the History Museum and the Ben Thanh Market. Stroll through the Cholon area, with its pagodas and Chinese stalls, and Binh Tay Market, a masterpiece of Chinese architecture from the 1920s. Free time until transfer to Ho Airport Chi Minh for your return flight.
