💢 Day 1: Saigon Arrival (Welcome dinner/No Cycling)

Upon arriving in Saigon, also known as Ho Chi Minh City, you will be greeted by our friendly tour guide at the airport. You will then be transferred to your hotel to freshen up and rest after your journey. In the evening, we will gather for a welcome dinner at the beautiful Saigon river cruise where you can enjoy the delicious traditional Vietnamese cuisine. This will also be an opportunity for the group to introduce themselves and get to know each other before embarking on our exciting cycling adventure for 5 days.

💢 Day 2: Saigon City Cycling (B, L/Cycling 25km+)

👉  Suggest departure time: 8h30 A.M from the hotel 

After a hearty breakfast at the hotel, our cycling tour in Saigon officially begins. Today, we will explore the vibrant city of Saigon on our bikes from the hotel. Our first stop will be the iconic Reunification Palace, which played a significant role in Vietnam's history. From there, we will cycle to the historic Notre-Dame Cathedral, known for its French Gothic architecture.

Continuing our journey, we will ride to the Central Post Office, designed by the renowned Gustave Eiffel. Here, you can witness the fusion of European and Asian architectural styles. We will then cycle through the flower market, Tan Thanh motorbike parts market, Nhat Tao Electronics Market and Cho Lon in Chinatown, where you can explore the bustling stalls and shop for souvenirs.

After a satisfying local lunch, we will pedal towards the Lady Thien Hau temple, where you can gain insights into the Vietnam religion through photographs, artifacts, and personal accounts. Our cycling route along the riverside will then take us to the picturesque Ben Thanh Market which is a symbol of Ho Chi Minh City and the tranquil alleys concluding any short coffee shop break to get back to the hotel before dark and overnight stay in Saigon.

💢 Day 3: Cu Chi Tunnels Cycling (B, L/Cycling 35km+)

Today, we will embark on an exciting cycling journey to the famous Cu Chi Tunnels, located approximately 70 kilometers from Saigon. These tunnels played a crucial role in the Vietnam War, serving as an underground network for the Viet Cong soldiers.

Our 35 km cycling route will take us through the surrounding countryside, allowing us to witness the rural beauty of Vietnam. Along the way, we will pass by verdant rice paddies and quaint villages, immersing ourselves in the authentic local culture. We will make regular stops to interact with the friendly locals and learn about their traditional way of life.

Upon reaching the Cu Chi Tunnels, we will have a guided tour, exploring the labyrinth of underground tunnels and gaining insights into the guerrilla warfare strategies used by the Vietnamese soldiers. After an exhilarating day of cycling and historical exploration, we will return to Saigon for a well-deserved dinner and rest.

💢 Day 4: Cycling In-Depth in Mekong Delta, Overnight in Saigon (B, L/Cycling 27km+)

👉  Suggest departure time: 7h30 A.M from the hotel 

Today, we will venture into the enchanting Mekong Delta to discover its natural beauty and agricultural abundance. Known as the "orchard homeland" of Vietnam, the Mekong Delta is a vast network of rivers, canals, and lush greenery. Our cycling route will take us through idyllic villages, fruit orchards, and coconut groves.

We will cycle along peaceful paths in Cai Be and Vinh Long, observing farmers tending to their rice fields and locals going about their daily activities. We will have the opportunity to visit local workshops and witness traditional handicraft making, such as coconut candy production and rice paper making.

After an enjoyable boat journey on a part of the Mighty Mekong River with the typical local cuisine and with elephant ear fish and seasonal fruit before we will return to Saigon for another beautiful night.

💢 Day 5: Saigon Departure (B/No Cycling)

👉  Please note: checkout before 12h and we will setup a airport drop-off at anytime that based on your flight departure.

After breakfast, you will have some free time to explore Saigon and engage in any last-minute shopping or sightseeing. Our driver will assist with arranging airport transfers based on your departure time. As we bid farewell to Saigon, we take with us unforgettable memories of our Saigon cycling tour and the warm hospitality of Vietnam.
